Description: Our client, a company specialized in landscape construction located in Montreal-North is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its team. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: - Receiving calls, answering general questions and inquiries, taking and relaying telephone messages as needed;
- Responsible for incoming mail, faxes, e-mails, couriers, outgoing mail, faxes and other material;
- Customer service and sales support;
- Welcoming visitors and guests;
- Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence;
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls; - Preparing and/or correcting various documents, such as letters, service notes, forms, reports and presentations, in French as well as in English and follow up when necessary;
- Preparing agendas and making appointments;
- Participating in special projects, as needed;
- Other related tasks.
Candidates must have the following prerequisites: - Diploma in Office Technology or in Business Administration or other related degree;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar work environment;
- Excellent computer knowledge, including Word and Excel;
- Strong typewriting skills;
- Excellent French (spoken and written);
- English (spoken and written).
Our client is seeking a Receptionist who is reliable, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities. This person should be recognized for their attention to detail, discretion and initiative. He or she must have a positive attitude, be very organized, and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
